# Create SAFT NFTs

Accessifi marketplace provides investment institutions with the financial tools to create SAFT NFTs and then list them for retail investors to purchase.   

Upon entering the marketplace users navigate to the “Create” page where one will be prompted to declare whether you are currently in possession of tokens you wish to NFT ([**I have tokens**](https://app.accessifi.io/createtoken/erc20)) OR in many instances with financial institutions they have a Simple Agreement for Future Tokens ([**I have a SAFT**](https://app.accessifi.io/createtoken/saft)). While the process of minting is quite similar for each option, the executable actions within the smart contract as well as the verification process differ, so it is important you choose the correct method.
