I have a SAFT

Often when investing in an early-stage blockchain project that is still in development and has yet to release a token, institution receives a SAFT (Simple Agreement for Future Tokens), essentially a contract that ensures that once the tokens are created that the team will distribute them to the investor.

To start the process of minting a SAFT agreement into a SAFT NFT one must first Connect a Metamask Wallet and then proceed to fill out the Basic Information section. For ease of the process of filling out the Basic Information section, it is essential that you have your SAFT agreement readily available.

After the creation, NFTs can already be listed and sold in the market. However, these SAFT NFTs are not verified and will be folded into the Unverified category in the Marketplace to remind buyers to pay attention to risks. In order to better complete the sale, the institution needs to conduct decentralized verification with the project team.

This verification process first requires both parties to set the NFT smart contract address as the future acceptance address of the token, and update it in the SAFT agreement. Both parties need to upload the SAFT agreement. The SAFT documents will be encrypted and stored, and there is no risk of leakage. The documents uploaded by both parties will have hashes. Only when the two hashes match can proceed to the next step. The token creator need to sign and verify after hashes matching, representing the SAFT NFT created by the institution are recognized by the project team, and the token will be transferred to the SAFT NFT smart contract by the project team. If the project team fails to transfer tokens as agreed and does not provide explanations and clarifications, the uploaded SAFT agreements will be made public.

In this business, Accessifi only provides NFT creation tools and a neutral third-party marketplace, and does not act as an endorsement or intermediary, nor does it have any authority to dispose of NFT smart contracts and tokens. So before you buyin, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH.
